We're Providing Education on Prevention
“Keeping Your Mind – the practical guide to Preventing Alzheimer’s” is a community outreach program that provides scientifically-proven ways we can slow the progression of Alzheimer’s and potentially prevent it altogether. This five session series is currently being offered at YMCAs, Community Centers and Long term Living facilities throughout Minnesota.
